I had an appointment and they were ready for me and took my truck in right away. It was fished as promised. I saw my truck pulled up in the lane. My service writer however was at lunch. Once I figured that out I met Jerry. Wow, he was great. Offered to help me and get me in my way. Even found points I earned from GM on my app. I had non idea. Jerry really made this an excellent experience for me. I will highly recommend your service dept.

I made an appointment for 10:30 am on a Thursday. At 3:30 pm i received a call telling me my car wouldn't get looked at until Friday because the Service Dept was "short staffed and overbooked." I am guessing it would not have been well received if I didn't bring my car in at 10:30, but called at 3:30 letting you know i was bringing it on Friday....

The service was quick and they kept updated. The issue I had was after my vehicle was finished. When my vehicle was there previously the needed to order the TPS, my service advisor (MATT) informed me the sensor would be warranty as per the car being new. Returned when parts came in, the TPS was replaced and assumed it was under warranty. I go to leave and get a bill for $233, confused I just paid it and left. The more I thought about it more annoyed I became. So I’ll just be taking my vehicle elsewhere for future service. I simply just don’t trust them…

The service was excellent, as always. However, I was disappointed that on the day following my service, I received an email with coupons for savings on an oil change and wheel/tire rotation, which are exactly the services I had done. Could have saved about $25.00. Oh well, maybe next time.

Barely an hour later they called and my car was ready. went to have my recall taken care of . They had to reprogram the transmission so it would not lock up. Got my Truck back and they didn't wash the Truck. I thought when you have your car serviced they washed your car or Truck whichever it is before you get it back. As for the recall service I can only assume they fixed the issue.

All went well with the exception of overuse of an impact gun to put my wheels on after rotation. Impact guns are hard on chrome lug nuts and should actually be torqued by hand with a torque wrench.

After calling me and telling me that I had contacted them with a question about servicing via OnStar (lie, rep eventually acknowledged it was an automated process - I hadn't contacted anyone). Was told I had warning that I needed transmission flushed. That's debatable but whatever. I make the appointment for the flush and an oil change. I get there. The transmission guy isn't in. Waste of a drive to Daytona. Could've called me since appt was in the afternoon.Then spent more than 3 hours there for just an oil change and tire rotation. Waste of a day and just an aggravating process. Shame on me for thinking this service appt would've been better there than previous ones. 2 stars bc the service staff I dealt with while there were nice. Though I should subtract one for the initial telephone tactics to get me in the door. Not again.

I have already submitted a survey and emailed the dealership and there has not been any communication back other than it was being passed to a manager. What started as a simple problem has now influenced me to plan to not purchase another vehicle from the dealership again. I was told by finance when I purchased the vehicle that the service package would cover all maintenance costs for the vehicle and that turned out to not be true as I was required to pay for fuel and air filter recently. The service experiences are hit or miss with me being told on multiple occasions that the car wash is not working and it was not washed this recent time either but there was not a reason provided. I find it unprofessional to say one thing during the sale but then the reality does not match. I also find it unprofessional to keep getting feedback requests but nothing is done with it when it is provided.

Before I bought the car, I nor Maurice had noticed the FM antenna was broken, (who looks for something like that). I had been in contact with Michael Crynock about the situation, and he assured me the service dept. would have the part when I brought it in. Service said insurance had not gone thru yet and repair was $600+ to fix it, I mentioned, I had bout the vehicle with the antenna broken, not knowing it... Since then the Sales Mgr. said they would take care of it. I'm waiting for a call back next week to have it fixed.

Every time I come here, they tell me an hour for an oil change. And every time I leave here, it’s 3 hours later. If your techs were honest and just said it would be 3 hours, then I could go home to work instead of sitting around getting more upset as time goes on. Paula Meek is an excellent sales representative. She was courteous and most importantly honest and up front. She was there to assist in selecting my 2024 Denali HD 2500 from multiple available with the options I needed. Ultimately, they had to get the vehicle from another dealer which did not affect her or the dealerships willingness to satisfy me, the customer. That is what I feel is the best about the dealership and the personnel they have working for them. They are extremely customer oriented and I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Ritchey. The post sales service has been exemplary and one in which I will always remember. All staff members involved in the process were professional and courteous with me. There were no “Gotcha’s” at any time and everything was straight forward all the way to signing of the paperwork and taking delivery. In fact, my brother also purchased a 2024 Denali HD 2500 a week after I did. He received the same excellent service I received with out exception. Awesome Paula!! I have been using this dealership for approximately 25 years and will say that from the sales to the service department I have never had a bad experience. Bruce Dorph, in the service department has been very professional and always goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of service and will always explain what is going on to make the customer feel at ease and what to expect. The vehicles are always clean when returned to the customer and care is taken to protect the vehicle ( seats and carpet covered etc). He pays attention to the customers need and advises them accordingly. Go Bruce!! All in all, this is a great dealership, with great staff members giving great service to all their customers.

Since I am 76 years old and I have to use a walker I really appreciate that the guy took the walker out of the car for me and then put it back in when it was done. I also appreciate the fact that they vacuumed my floor mat because there is things that are hard for me to do. The car was washed which I liked but some of the stuff that was on there stuck on there didn’t come off so that kind of bothered me but that’s OK. I’ll take it somewhere else to get that done, but everybody was cordial. It was done quick and I truly appreciate it. Thank you.

2nd time vehicle has been brought in for service for Check Engine with under 300 miles since service and initial 3+ weeks. Took another week plus and returned on Friday afternoon before long weekend. only to have Check Engine light come on on Saturday morning and towed back to service again. Obviously, no sufficient test drive occurred. Nearly 5 weeks in service and over 2200 dollars and still not resolved. Seems like guessing and tossing parts at vehicle. Text message system is never responded to nor request for return call left via text and vm message.

Poor interaction post inspection. I was texted a quote for $13,000 to replace three mild leaking seals. I asked the rep about it and he told me for legal reasons he couldn't comment about long term effect. Then another agent told me that your used lot needed more cars and he wanted buy my car. The service director/coordinator, Manny, is amazing & always so kind, knowledgeable & efficient at what he does. You had our car from Monday 6-2-25 to Monday 6-9-25. A 6 month old new vehicle bought at your dealership. Obviously repairs were under warranty. Never offered transportation of any sort, on Friday they called on a number we hadn’t had for 4-5 years, where as with our previous car we had plenty of dealings/calls from the service department there and they never used that old number. All our communication this time was always on our current phone number of 7-8 years. In summary, we were not impressed how long it took to fix two small issues with a brand new car and the lack of communication and accommodation (loan vehicle) we were given.

On my previous visit I was informed my front brake pads need to be replaced as 4 mm's remained. I scheduled the last appointment for an oil change and brake pad service. Since two wheels would be removed for the brake pads I asked for a tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle I was told that the brake pads were not in need of replacement (9mm). Besides being charged $28.91 for the tire rotation no one adjusted tire pressure as it was between 29 and 30 psi. Being glad the brake pads were ok I wasted a whole day driving back and forth for a mistaken inspection report from my previous visit.

I have experience a lack of communication on several occasions. I have spoken with the CO person (Brett) about the lack of communication. On several occasions i have brought my car there for service and was given no notice of if it was done or anything. I had to catch a ride to get it after being dropped off at home with no call back. I even called the service advisor and the phone, as always, went to the voicemail. My car is in need of over 3k in services. I have been bringing this car back and forth over a year. Its been misdiagnosed. Ive paid for things it didn't need. I asked about getting the chassis greased for a noise in the front of the car a few months after we purchased it and nothing. I recently had it checked again and they are saying it needs struts. It needed struts from the start. Now its not under warranty. Its just been a horrible experience that i cant afford.

My service was to replace a faulty shifter (warranty repair) that was locking my key from removal. The technician scratched both sides of the console with the tool used to remove the shifter cover. I emailed the service rep with photos to see if it could be fixed and no response. I was getting ready to contact GM directly.

I scheduled a regular service for oil change and overall inspection on a Friday morning. A few weeks ago I called about a tear in the driver's seat. At that time while the person did not know for certain, they felt it would likely be covered by the extended warranty I purchased. When I arrived and explained to the technician he immediately said the warranty company would likely deny based on it appeared it could have been penetrated by a sharp object. I assured him the only object touching the seat was me - he told me he would reach out to the warranty company immediately to ascertain the coverage. I went inside the waiting area of the dealership and in a few minutes received a notice on my phone I needed to give direction on the matter. Attached to the notice was an estimate to fix the seat was over $600.00. I spoke to the general manager who was surprised it was not covered and he was going to look into the estimate. Unfortunately, it was not covered under the extended warranty I purchased earlier this year. As it turns out, the seat has to be removed, the cover heated and stretched in order to return to original condition. I was in no frame of mind to make a decision then, essentially paying for fixing a seat which did not last three years under normal conditions. I left disenchanted, frustrated and unsure of what to do given the circumstances. On Sunday I received a message from On Star there was a problem with my battery and I should contact the dealer to assess. I contacted the dealer and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Once again which in the waiting area, I received a notice for approval of replacing the battery. I went out to the service bay to verify and was shown a sheet showing the battery was at about one half of normal charge and needed to be replaced. I entered the Dealership and spoke to the person who I purchased the Extended Warranty from earlier in the year. When he looked up my account he explained unfortunately the battery was not covered under this warranty package. The cost of the new battery was over $400.00. Again, I found myself disenchanted and frustrated over additional cost on a vehicle which is not three years old. I decided to go the place that works on the pick up truck which I inherited from my father and received a cheaper estimate on the same battery. When I reviewed the information I received with my original service, the battery charging section was all green in the report . Yet, less than two days later and less than 100 miles driven, the battery was about 50% capacity. I find myself confused on several fronts and question the workmanship on the vehicle in terms of how long I want to keep it. Typically, I will keep a vehicle for five or more years, but these expenses have me rethinking the long- term ownership of this vehicle. The facts are the vehicle is less than three years old, the extended warranty I purchased for almost a $1000 dollars does not cover things I assumed it would ( my fault for not reading the fine print , I had too much confidence in the product and the ability of the dealer to back it up ), it will cost me $600 to repair a seat which was not abused and a $100 plus a year to keep a battery functioning as it should. I realize the Dealer is only as good as the product they have to sell, warranties cover different things and vehicles do experience wear and tear as they get older. What I did not anticipate was the ongoing expense I would incur in maintaining the vehicle. At this point I would have to testify I am disappointed in the workmanship of GM and the cost to keep in good condition. It may be all vehicles fall into this category regardless of the make but I am at the place where my next new vehicle will not be a GM product. I have all of the paperwork to substantiate the above information.

First of all, my experience at the BUICK AT Daytona dealership wasn't very good at first. My wife had to take her 2020 Buick Enclave in 4 times to get the air conditioning fixed. After several unsuccessful attempts, they discovered a leak, and as a result, the condenser and compressor had to be replaced. Fortunately, when we bought the car, we put a warranty on it. We are very grateful to Mr. Mark, who was able to call the warranty services to cover the damages and assigned me a rental car. It's been a week since we got the car back, and it's working great.

Brought my vehicle in for service. On a whim, asked for a trade in appraisal. Trade in came in at 10k under what the trade should be for that vehicle in fair condition. This trade in appraisal came back before they provided me service estimate. Sales person could not justify the low trade in amount, quote “it is what it is”. Received the service estimate, almost 9k. Service advisor could not justify the line items on the service estimate. Declined any work being done. Came back to pick up vehicle. Waited an hour and half to bring my vehicle around. A different service advisor, Manny, tried to charge me over $700 dollars for diagnostic fees. He was rude, sarcastic in a dry way. Finally, brought my vehicle around and said “we did an oil change”. Total came to over $250 dollars. Asked when and why did they do the oil change. Didn’t give me an answer. Got into vehicle, noticed the dash was keyed in on the oil change percentage. Reasonable person would deduce that the oil change was done then and that’s why I waited over an hour and a half. Terrible service, would not do business with you ever. No service or purchasing of a new/used car. Have a great day.

I went to the dealership the week before to have my GMC 2500 Denali serviced. Shane was the service writer who handled my case. During my visit, Shane made me aware that there was recall on my vehicle. I could not because of time get the work done for the recall. After the initial service, which I was very satisfied in the timely work and experience with Shane (he kept me informed on the time and found a discount coupon he was able to apply to my bill), I decided to come back the next week for the recall. I again contacted Shane. I used the courtesy transport to and from the dealership to go home while the work was being completed on my truck. The recall work was completed earlier than expected and I received a ride back to the dealership. The driver who I cannot remember his name was extremely nice and prompt. He is an older black male (but younger than me) who is retired from New York. Shane and he were great to have worked with. I have now been to Ritchey GMC three times and will continue to use them whenever we are at the condo in Daytona Beach. Carlos O

Manny Rodriguez was very courteous and professional and kept me informed on everything that was going on with my vehicle and went above and beyond my expectations. I had a few leaks and my A/C went out as soon as I got to the dealer. He had to call my aftermarket warranty company and explain what needed to be replaced and got everything covered that he could under my aftermarket warranty would cover. I would recommend Manny Rodriguez and this Dealership to everyone around this area. The technician Ken Dennis took very good care of my Vehicle and is working better than ever. If you have any vehicle problems don’t be afraid to bring it here. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Great to have a place I can trust to take care of all of my vehicles and my families vehicles.

They changed my oil with the wrong oil and had to have it changed twice. Thankfully I noticed and brought to their attention. Not a good thing with the issues that GMC is having and needing the thicker oil.

Christopher our service advisor was excellent. The only complaint I have is the vehicle was returned with muddy footprints on my carpet mat and door step. The print was different than the person who brought the vehicle up so I presume it happened in the back. Everyone were friendly and polite throughout the dealership.

The whole crew @ Ritchey are good people. The sales people, service manager and the service writers are a pleasurer to do business with.. I have bought approximately 10 vehicles from Ritchey over the last few years. I drive 40 miles from Sanford FL for purchasing and for all service for my GM cars and trucks. Most recent experiences bought 2 Buicks in 2025 from Paula, great lady knows her stuff. Bought 2 Cadillac's form Reno before he became sales manager and he located a truck for me when trucks were impossible to find during the pandemic great guy. Bruce the sales manager can't do enough for you and has always been a pleasure to deal with, but never any issues that he didn't take care of with expedience. The latest experience with a new service writer for me this week was Shane who did a great job, followed up and got it done for us. Having jerking problems at acceleration. Was told by a friend who as GM connections that there was a silent recall on the Enclaves for torque converters problems. I explained that to the service writer and all he wanted to do was to sell me a $3400.00 torque converter. The car only has 53,450 miles on it. Call me crazy,but I don't fell like I should be buying a new torque converter. I've owned 5 Buicks in the last 20yrs.and 3 have been Enclaves and last 2 have bad torque converters. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I will never return, and I will never recommend this place to anyone. The level of incompetence I witnessed across multiple departments was beyond anything I’ve ever seen. My vehicle was damaged while in their care, and despite bringing it in based on their own recommendation, the issue was never fixed. To make matters worse, the dealership performed work on my vehicle without my authorization, which is completely unacceptable. I spoke with several representatives throughout this ordeal, and the only person who demonstrated true professionalism was Mr. Manny Rodriguez. Overall, this dealership has lost my trust entirely.

The service representative was good and apologetic. I had an appointment for 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 and did the paperwork to have the car serviced (oil change etc) with the additional rotation of the tires. My car was not taken by the mechanic into the garage until 11:35. The mechanic returned the car to the service rep at 12:15. This is not the first occasion with this dealership. I have a customer with them for 22 years. I have visited them for the last time. Besides the Buick which I purchased from Richey, I have a Lincoln which I have serviced at the local Lincoln dealership. Their time to do the same service with an appointment is around 1 hour. This is what I consider a reasonable time.

I took our 2023 Enclave in for a scheduled LOF and Tire rotation service. When I dropped it off, I asked Shane to listen to a noise the sunroof was making so I opened and closed it for him. He heard it and reminded me that we are still under warranty so any repairs or possible replacement would be covered and that he would have someone take a look at it. When I arrived to pick up our car the noise was completely gone! His service guy had cleaned, adjusted and lubricated the moving parts! Yay! I am not satisfied with the service I received at GMC. I brought in my car for a diagnostic and was overcharged $1500 by the mechanic. When i refused to do the repair, the service agent told me I was overcharged and if I did the service with the dealership, I would get a discount. When I went to another dealership for the same issue, I was quoted 50% less than what Ritchey told me. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced price-gouging from GMC dealers. I do everything I can to not get services performed at dealerships. I will never by a GM product again.

I love my service writer Shane. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I received the best service possible. The problem is that my car did not get repaired. The engine lights came on and the technician did the best he could (said they called gm) and could not figure out why the engine lights came on. We had alternator issues while driving from Key West to NC. Joe took care of it, found a replacement alternator and got us back on the road. Courtesy car took us to get break while work being done. Overall - great experience

Called the day before for an appointment person said I have appointment for the 30th from 8am till 2pm I picked 1030am I showed up at 1015am and checked in Joe said we are little busy it would be 1hr to 1and half hrs 2hrsl later I checked back he said he would check on it so finally he got back to me 30 minutes later and said canyon was done somebody washed it i didn't ask for that so this is the poorest service I've ever had 2hrs for oil change my future business won't be with you and by the way I am getting ready to buy another vehicle and it won't be here.
